Eliott Sanchez was a Private Chef from Bayonne, New Jersey. He was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 19 episode 2 due to a lack of confidence after he said he wasn't a better chef than his fellow nominee Drew and his lack of focus during the challenge.

After Hell's Kitchen, Eliott is still a Private Chef offering catering services, dinner parties and cookery classes and he also sells fishing supplies and cookware/tableware online.

Fabiola Fuentes was a Line Cook from Indio, California. She was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 19 episode 3 due to her lack of standards, being unable to cook flatbread and due to health concerns.
